Another great sport to capture with a fast camera. The Photoshop work takes a little longer with the more complex background, but it's well worth the effort.
My first SLR experience was with my dad's gear. A Pentax MV and a Pentax MX, with a panagor zoom 80-200mm. Good old 35mm film gear that still works to this day.
After playing around with some point and shoot digitals of varying sizes and quality for several years, I have now once again returned to SLR cameras, well D-SLRs now...
Equipment of choice being a D40x (18-55 & 55-200 kit)and a D200 (18-200mm AF-S VR), with most of the post camera work being done using photoshop.
Some of the work shown on this blog will actually be more photoshop work with some photographic details.
